Impact & Responsibilities: Contributes to research design and implementation, including human subjects procedures, conference proposals and presentations, and publications; conducts secondary research and literature reviews; coordinates with external evaluators to create needs assessments and evaluation rubrics based on research conducted; designs and implements research-based, online (asynchronous and synchronous) professional learning related to supporting multilingual learners in ESL and content area classes; and teaches one TESOL or LANG course per semester (e.g., language teaching methods, bilingualism and bilingual education) to undergraduate and graduate students.
