Job Description Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and support the daily operations of the GTCC Surplus Supply. The Moving and Set-up Worker must maintain, and update databases/software used for inventory control, following the requirements of chain of custody control of inventory, and managing the auction process in collaboration with the Finance Inventory Specialist position. The individual will be responsible for the receipt, storage, and distribution of over-weighted old and newly purchased materials, pick-up and delivery of surplus property via the pick-up truck or box truck, and storage items for Guilford Technical Community College.
