The Information Technology Department at St. Ambrose University has an immediate opening for an individual to maintain high availability network infrastructures, services, and servers. The individual is responsible for maintaining, deploying, monitoring and securing the software and hardware that comprises the network infrastructure including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless control system servers and network services (e.g. DNS, DHCP, VPN, Radius, Web, Print, Backup, Antivirus, email). The position requires a Bachelor's degree and/or six years of relevant experience with preference given for a degree in the Computer Science field and security experience in an academic environment.
