There is an open post-doctoral position in the laboratory of Samuel Young at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, Iowa City, IA. https://young.lab.uiowa.edu/ Twitter @samyounglab. The Young laboratory is focused on building the framework of molecular principles for accurate sound information encoding and how they contribute to auditory deficits. To do so, the laboratory uses multiple approaches: viral vector technology, patch clamp electrophysiology, biophysics, and fluorescent and electron microscopy approaches.
