Cook - Evening
Responsible to the Production Manager for various food preparation and daily tasks. Hours primarily will be 11:30 am-7:30 pm. This position would also work on a rotating weekend schedule. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare meals for the student menu including any allergy requests. Organize, prepare and execute cook-to-order meals. Check the line to ensure quality and keep the area clean and full of product. Must be able to follow food safety policies and procedures. Label & Date all food items. Clean kitchen equipment and work area. Help Filter/Clean Fryers on a weekly basis. Be able to follow recipes & make calculations. Assist in training
