Provide leadership and counsel for the Nebraska Alumni Association in the area of programs and outreach. Oversee strategic direction, teams and individual staff members involved in the planning and execution of events, programs, college/campus relations and other outreach initiatives. This position shall serve as an official representative and ambassador for the alumni association and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus three years of experience in event planning, volunteer management, program development and leadership required; equivalent education/experience considered. Must have experience with budget development and management process.
Master's degree preferred. Experience in sales and marketing desirable.
Posted Salary: $80,000 minimum
