Provides management of the Biological Systems Office Associates, temporary support staff and students. Provides administrative support to Administrative Associate to the department head and/or in his absence, his designee. Position will contribute to the department mission through the development and implementation of policies and process improvements.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business or related field plus two years of administrative experience; equivalent education/experience considered. Supervisory experience. Working knowledge of general office practices and standards and management practices. Skill in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software.
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Detail-oriented and accurate with strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work independently within established procedures.
Posted Salary: $20.095/hr minimum
