The Department of Government at Eastern Kentucky University seeks a Visiting Professor with expertise in political science, beginning Fall 2021. The Department houses undergraduate majors in Political Science, Paralegal Science, Globalization, and International Affairs, as well as a Masters Degree in Public Administration. Preference will be given to candidates with experience teaching Introduction to American Government.
Teaching load is 12-15 hours per semester. Successful candidates should be, or have the potential to be, a high-quality teacher.

A Ph.D. or ABD from an accredited or internationally recognized institution in Political Science, Public Administration, Public Affairs, Public Policy, or a closely related field is required. Successful candidates should demonstrate the potential to deliver fully online courses.
