POSITIONACCOUNTABILITIESANDESSENTIALFUNCTIONS: Administration of the business functions of the college including purchasing, accounts payable contracts, including development of request for proposals, quotes and contracts for the college, special events, employee travel and conference services. Handles necessary licensing and oversight. Responsible for all auxiliary operations services in the bookstore, food services, printing services, Fitness and Recreation Center, vending, fleet and Farmhouse. Performs a variety of duties to ensure the college obtains the goods and services needed at the best possible price and in compliance with regulatory requirements and established policy.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, institutional administration, supply chain management or related equivalent degree
5-7 years of position related work experience
5-7 years supervisory experience
Previous demonstrated experience in negotiation and administration of vendor contracts an working with internal stakeholders, and external vendors and community organizations, etc.
Master’s degree or equivalent knowledge and skills and or work experience. Majors(s) include: MA, MBA or MS, Institutional Administration, Business, or Public Administration
More than 7 years of position related work experience
